Mrs. Patti are you resizing the pictures before trying to upload them? For my blog I have to open my pictures in Paint, go to image (on tool bar) go to stretch/shew and resize the horizontal and vertical to about 30. It makes it upload a lot faster. You might want to try that if you are not already doing that.
